Ordering/Payment
All items are handmade to
order.
Each order will be processed
within 2 weeks upon receiving full payment. If you require an item
sooner please contact me before placing the order.
I accept PayPal. Please
contact me if you prefer to pay by cheque or Postal Order.
Postage
All items are sent 1st Class
Recorded Delivery.

Tiaras are wrapped in acid
free tissue paper in an acetate presentation box.
All items are posted in a
strong cardboard box which is wrapped in bubble wrap and brown
paper.
Please contact me for
postage costs outside the UK.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your
item or it arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours.
Goods must be returned
within 7 days in an unworn condition in the original packaging and
sent Recorded Delivery.
For hygiene reasons I cannot
accept the return of earrings. Unless they are damaged.
Goods not received within 7
days will be deemed your property and no refund will be given.
Refunds will be given within
14 days.
